This Privacy Policy describes how MMXI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the MMXI Community mobile application (the "App").
Our App requests the following permissions to provide its core features. You can decline permissions and still use portions of the App, but some features may be unavailable.
Why: to take photos or videos inside the App (for example, to create content or attach images). Data collected: images/videos you capture. We only access the camera when you explicitly request it.
Why: to provide location-aware features (for example, tagging images with location or location-based functionality). Data collected: approximate or precise location, only with your explicit consent. We do not collect location in the background unless you explicitly enable such functionality and are informed within the App.
Why: to allow you to choose existing images or files from your device to upload or edit. Data collected: files you select. On modern Android/iOS we use the system file/photo picker and only receive the files you select.

You are responsible for any data you share with third parties through features that integrate with other services.
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is 100% secure—transmission and storage risks exist.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or higher age where local law applies). If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
We may update this policy. If material changes occur we will notify users by posting the revised policy and updating the effective date above.

By downloading or using MMXI Community (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
The App requests permissions (Camera, Location, Files) to enable features. You remain the owner of any content you capture or upload. By using the App you grant us a non-exclusive license to operate and display such content in order to provide the service (for example, editing, storing, or sharing per your actions).
The App may contain integrations with third-party services (analytics, hosting, social sharing). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express and implied). Our liability to you for any claim arising from or connected to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any) or USD 50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Governing Jurisdiction (e.g., State/Country). Any dispute will be resolved under those laws. For users in certain jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may apply that cannot be waived.
We may modify these Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above and provide notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
